We will refund or replace any damage item (see Return policy). We will not accept returns on open or used items (due to health regulations).
We guarantee the accuracy of orders. If an order contains errors or damaged products, contact us as soon as possible. We'll show you how to return them. We will replace the items upon receipt to our office.
The return is possible only if the packaging has not been opened or used within 15 days of purchase. The costs for return transport shall be borne by the customer. The credit card will be credited to the receipt of the items returned. We deduct $ 8.50 USD for transportation costs if you have benefited from free delivery.
